Hey there, I’m Taylor—an adventure photographer, visual storyteller, and the creator behind Compass & Camera Retreats. 

For me, creativity has never fit neatly into a single box. While my roots are firmly planted in freezing genuine moments through digital photography, my passion is constantly evolving. Right now, I’m deeply immersed in building out my portfolio in two worlds that have completely stolen my heart: the cinematic rhythm of videography and the raw, nostalgic soul of film photography. I am completely captivated by all things creative, which means my door is always wide open to unique, experimental, and collaborative projects of any kind. 

That exact hunger for collaborative, intentional artistry is why I founded Compass & Camera Retreats. I wanted to build a sanctuary where creators can break away from crowded, fast-paced workshops and truly focus on their craft. I am so incredibly excited to announce our inaugural flagship retreat in Crested Butte, Colorado, in Fall 2027. Set against the golden, wild landscapes of the Rocky Mountains, this experience is designed to help you slow down, connect deeply with other creators, and build a breathtaking, soulful portfolio.
